At MovilRenova, we fully stand behind the quality of our products. That is why we offer a standard 1-year warranty on all our devices. Should a device still not function as expected, you can trust us to solve this quickly and carefully for you.
Legal and additional warranty
All items you buy from MovilRenova are covered by the legal warranty according to European directives. This means that a product must meet what you can reasonably expect. With normal use an article should be in good condition upon delivery and function properly.
In addition to the legal warranty, we consider the economic life of the product. Some products have a longer lifespan than others, and our warranty reflects this.
Please note that the warranty is handled directly through MovilRenova. If a device is repaired by a third party without our permission, the warranty will be void. Damage not covered by the warranty can be repaired for you at a competitive rate. In any case, the statutory warranty remains in full force and effect, regardless of any additional warranties.
Battery warranty
Batteries have a warranty period of 1 year. Upon delivery, we guarantee a minimum capacity of 100%. Would you like to have the battery replaced after this period?
Research costs
Is a device returned to us and after examination it appears that there is no defect? In that case we charge €24.95 for examination costs. These costs must be paid in advance before we return the appliance. If there is a refund, the cost will be settled.
Return Instructions
When returning devices, we ask that you reset the device to factory settings. Please backup your data first to avoid data loss. If you cannot restore the device, please include the access code on the return form. MovilRenova is not responsible for any data loss.
All warranty terms are handled through MovilRenova and relate to our own warranty. This does not affect the statutory warranty.
