1. How do I create a Movilrenova account?

No need to sign up first! 😊
Your account will be created automatically when you place your first order.
After that, you can simply log in using the same email or phone number you used for your purchase (as long as your number has WhatsApp access).

2. I can't log in to my account

If you can’t log in, don’t worry — just make sure you’re using the same email address or WhatsApp number linked to your order.

You’ll also find your proof of purchase in your email inbox, which includes all the details you need to access your online account.

If you still can’t log in, you can reach out to us through any of our support channels, and our team will be happy to help.

1. What is a renewed device?

A renewed device is a product that has been meticulously tested, cleaned and, if needed, repaired by an expert technician, always using original components. Each device comes with a Standard warranty that covers any malfunctions, exactly like new, for 18 months and a 30-day return period in case of any defects.

2. When will I receive my product?

Most of our items are shipped by the next day, however, we promise a delivery time of 1 to 3 working days to be on the safe side. Rest assured, we will keep you updated from the moment of purchase, through WhatsApp and Email, with updates on your order.

3. Can I track my order?

Yes! You can track your order at any time on our website:Order Tracking. Additionally, once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link from our courier partner with live updates on your order.

What are Movilrenova device conditions?

1. Excellent

  • May have tiny, barely noticeable scratches (you’d have to look closely from 20 cm away).

3. Good
  • Visible scratches or small dents – signs of a previous life.
  • Still fully functional and meets our high quality checks.
  • Battery health is 85% or above – reliable for everyday use.

Warranty and Returns 

1. Returning a device under the 30 days return policy

Returning Your Order

We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If you change your mind or decide the product isn’t quite right for you, our 30-day return policy has you covered.

  • Change of Mind: You can return your order within 10 days of delivery. A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the total order amount.
  • Device Issue: If there’s a problem with your device, please submit a return request within 10 days. Once received, the item will go through an inspection process before the return is confirmed.

Important to Know About Returns

  • 10-Day Window – Make sure to submit your return request within 30 days of delivery so we can assist you smoothly. We will allow 20 days for returns if you purchased from us between Feb 25th and the March 5th
  • Return Everything Together – Please send back the device with all its accessories and the box it came in. If anything is missing, we reserve ourselves the right to reject the claim/return if the device is not shipped in its original box.
  • Device Condition – Returns can only be accepted if the device is in good condition. If it has physical damage or signs of misuse, we won’t be able to process the return, and it will be sent back to you.


2. What is Movilrenova refund policy?

Refund Methods

We offer two ways to receive your refund:

  1. Original Payment MethodThe amount is returned to the same method you used at checkout.Reflects within 7 business days for online payments.Reflects within 10 business days for Cash On Delivery payment.
  2. Store CreditAdded to your Revibe account as a voucher code.Can be used on your next purchase or gifted to someone else.Added within 24 hours of approval — so you can shop again right away.

Refund SLA (Processing Times)

  • Original Payment Method: Processed within 7 business days after your refund is approved. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few extra days to appear.
  • Store Credit: Processed within 24 hours of refund approval.

How to Request a Refund

To start a refund request:

  • Submit the relevant form (Cancellation Form or Return Request Form) based on your situation.
  • Include your order number and any requested details.
  • Our team will review your request and confirm the next steps.

Refunds for Cash on Delivery Orders:

  • Refunds for Cash payments are processed via bank transfer only to a UAE bank account.
  • The bank account must be under the same name used to place the order.

Please note that once the refund is processed, it can take approximately 10 business days to appear on your bank statement. If it takes longer, please contact your bank for further assistance!

3. What happens to my refund if my card expires or my bank account is closed?

What if I closed my bank account or changed banks?

Don’t worry — refunds are usually still processed smoothly. Here’s how it works:

Case 1: Your original account is closed, but you still have another account with the same bank

In most cases, your bank can automatically redirect the refund to your active account, as long as both accounts are under the same name.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be completed.
  • If the amount doesn’t appear after this period, we recommend contacting your bank directly so they can help trace the transaction.

Case 2: All accounts with the original bank are closed

If all accounts linked to the original bank are closed, the refund is usually held or blocked by that bank.

  • Please reach out to your former bank to request the refund.
  • If the bank needs additional details and is unable to locate the transaction, contact us and we’ll be happy to share the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) to help them trace it.
